Company: TeamLease Position: Hiring Manager Job Type: Full-Time Experience: Freshers Location: As per business requirement Department: Recruitment / Human Resources Job Summary TeamLease is looking for a Fresher/experienced and result-oriented Hiring Manager to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The candidate will be responsible for understanding manpower requirements, developing recruitment strategies, managing recruiters, and ensuring timely closure of vacancies with quality candidates. Key Responsibilities Manage the complete recruitment and hiring process from sourcing to onboarding. Understand hiring requirements from clients/business teams. Plan and execute recruitment strategies for multiple positions. Lead, guide, and monitor the recruitment team. Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels. Screen and shortlist candidates according to job requirements. Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients/hiring teams. Track recruitment targets, joining ratios, and hiring performance. Maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases. Ensure positions are closed within the required timelines. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline. Handle candidate follow-ups, negotiations, and joining formalities. Maintain good relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Required Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition. Good team management and leadership abilities. Target-oriented and result-driven approach. Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously. Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment/job portals. Strong negotiation and candidate management skills. Salary ₹18,000 – ₹65,000 per month + incentives, depending on experience and interview performance.
