The Insurance Advisor will be responsible for understanding customers’ financial protection needs, explaining suitable life insurance products, generating leads, and building long-term customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new customers through referrals, leads, networking and field activities. Understand customers’ financial goals and insurance requirements. Explain suitable life insurance plans, benefits, features, premiums and policy terms. Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business. Maintain regular contact with existing customers and assist with policy-related requirements. Complete customer documentation and application processes accurately. Achieve assigned sales and business targets. Maintain professional relationships with customers and provide quality service. Follow company policies, processes and applicable insurance regulations. Participate in training and improve product and sales knowledge. Candidate Requirements Minimum 12th Pass; graduates are preferred. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling. Self-motivated and target-oriented. Ability to build and maintain customer relationships. Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings. Knowledge of Hindi; knowledge of English or the local language is an advantage.
